Hours at these spots often run into the evening, later than a typical coffee shop, and many stay open on weekends when demand is highest in Macon. Seasonal and limited-time drink or dessert flavors are common, so a shop's current menu can differ from what is posted online; checking recent photos or calling ahead helps. Some locations in Georgia are dessert-only with no seating, meant for takeout, while others have cafe-style seating for staying a while. Straws for bubble tea are typically wide to accommodate the toppings, and are provided automatically unless you ask for a regular one. Loyalty apps and stamp cards are common at chain locations, and ordering ahead through an app can shorten a wait considerably at busy locations during peak after-school and after-dinner hours.

Macon is in Georgia, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Macon follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! When you first walk in, the first thing you noticed, is the fresh baking smell of cookies in the oven! Then you are greeted with customer service that is fantastically warm, welcoming, nice & clean and inviting!!! Beautiful facility with great selections for that great tasting sweet treat!!! Stays open late for late night snackers!! Cookies and baked goods taste AMAZING, soft and rich with a melt-in-your mouth experience that youβre gonna want over and over again π₯Ήππππ₯π₯

I honestly do not know if some of the weirdest, most miserable people work there or if that is simply the worst place to work producing more misery and discomfort than cookies. It is disgusting how most of the workers there act and speak to customers, or should I say, barely speak to customers. The service is disgusting enough to overlook this location for anything they offer. Server: Ms. Kanesha T, as listed on the receipt, was particularly distasteful. She did not allow for a full question or statement to be stated before continously interrupting rudely. She went far not apologizing when her insertions were wrong. She appeared hateful with a serious disdain for where she was, what she was doing, and the person standing in front of her. Finally I'd like to mention how uncomfortable it is to see multiple employees leaving and returning behind the counter for whatever reasons, sometimes obviously to take frequent smoke/vape breaks without washing their hands upon returning. This is a trend. I've seen it happen at this location over time and I've even heard other customers speak about it happening. This is too much. This place leaves a lot to be desired and those whom were charged

First time trying Insomnia cookies. The cookies were tasty, greasy, and very overpriced. If you have a lot of extra money to splurge, then this place would be nice. I have a bigger family so buying cookies and ice cream at this price is not worth it. We spent about $30.00 for two cookies and ice cream. The employee was working hard for being the only one there. A lady employee walked in from outside to help. She walked inside from vaping and went straight to handling the expensive cookies in the back without washing her hands. Overall, probably wouldn't come back. Improvements for this place would be employees who like their job and have better customer service, better deals on cookies, and some nice music in the background. Also, maybe some nice things set up for kids to look at or sit comfortably while hanging out.

Delicious cookies! Wonderful service. Many options!! Icing (buttermilk and cream cheese options) and ice cream (many flavors) available for sides and toppings. Store is very clean; late hours are great. Recommend this for a dessert and this location. Thank you!
